[Logistics (SCM)]
• Accountability of looking after all the tasks of Logistics (SCM) i.e. maintaining daily dispatch report & invoicing.
• Plan for dispatches on committed date and material dispatch on site as per requirement received from sales & marketing department.
• Keep Stock Record updated while coordinating with Marketing Dept. for new requirement and arranging transportation for dispatches.
• Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
• Regular follow-up and status reporting regarding vehicle delivers to branches and customers.
• Responding to all customer complaints or queries in a efficient manner.
• Planning future warehouse capacity requirements. Maximizing space usage within the warehouse.
• Maintain the stock and merchandise in the warehouse.
• Ensuring that the correct labels are on all stored pallets, using computer equipment to generate labels.
• Monitoring the inventory control, dispatch, warehouse & transportation.
• Monitoring the Receipt of goods-Unloading of truck, ensuring quantities received are correct with delivery papers.
• Responsible for Inventory accuracy.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
