Total 22 years of work experienced on both commercial and industrial in refrigeration and air-conditioning application.
Very good understanding of HVAC Units and its application
Able to read and understand HVAC drawing, Electrical diagram and Tools.
Experienced in water cooled and air cooled chillers.
Knowledgeable in working with chilled water system, DX system with split and packaged units, chilled water pumps, Air handling units, Fresh air handling units, Exhaust and smoke fans, Kitchen extract fans and Variable air volume (VAVs) components and controls.
Experienced in Hotel, Mall, Hospital, and Office Building in Facility management.
Able to work independently and well experience in troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance and installation on HVAC equipment.
Able to structure scope of works and PPM scheduling yearly services requirements.
MS WORD, EXCEL spreadsheet knowledgeable.
