PAYROLL AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT
1. Attendance management
2. Prepare and process monthly payroll with all necessary process in place, forward it to finance with complete supporting documents for final transfer to the bank.

HR & PERSONNEL TRANSACTIONS:
1. Serves as a liaison for the HR department to coordinate the HR processes, record keeping and procedures with the managers and employees of the department.
2. Responsible for the coordination and administration of HR processes, such as new hire on-boarding and benefits orientation, promotions, terminations etc
3. Helping HR Manger with Compensation and Benefits for staff.
4. Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
5. Arrange and coordinate staff transportation as per company policy
6. Arrange and coordinate with Medical Insurance Company for staff medical insurance coverage (additions. Deletions etc)
7. Staff overtime management.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT

1. Monitoring and maintaining proper and up to date leave records.
2. Enter and updating leaves accrual of all the staff on a day to day basis.

RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT:
1. Follow recruitment protocols and recruit new staff from developing job descriptions right through to handing over new joiner to hiring manager.
2. Prepare job description for vacancies and distribute to relevant channels to in order to generate resumes.
3. Screen applications for relevant experience and conduct initial interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring manager for 2nd and 3rd interviews.
5. Prepare Offer letters
6. Coordinate candidate’s paperwork for visa application.
7. Coordinate with candidates on their offer, joining date, visa status etc

VISA ADMINISTRATION:
1. Coordinate with the PRO for employee visa related issues
